Meet the Owner

Ray Ortega is the founder and owner of RTS. He is also an Arizona native of which the Ortega family has deep generational roots.

 

With 40 years of Arizona experience, Ray is a seasoned professional in the field of HVAC services. 

 

With this extensive experience and a genuine passion for helping people, Ray has successfully guided RTS to where it is today. His desire to serve others is at the very forefront of his teaching to all RTS employees and associates. 

 

Ray's journey into the world of HVAC started well before he was old enough to drive a car. It was through the dedication of his father Joe Ortega, that Ray was introduced to all things mechanical. 

 

Ray's father is a military veteran and after serving our country, he spent his entire career working solely for Sears & Roebuck repairing and maintaining many mechanical products. 

 

Eventually Ray's father Joe, became head of a repair and maintenance division where he taught and lead countless employees for many years, until he finally retired. 

 

Ray's list of accomplishments is long, it covers a vast amount of specialties within the HVAC industry over many years. Some of his notable accomplishments include Regional Director of Multi Unit housing for national companies such as Fairfield Properties with an annual revenue of $600M and over 1000 employees. 

 

Ray also served as the regional director of training for the Arizona Multi Housing Association (AMA) teaching HVAC classes for well over a decade. He also was a certified regional trainer for national companies like Home Depot as well. 

 

While Ray is passionate about delivering quality service on behalf of his company RTS, his true passion lies in his family. He is a dedicated husband, father, son, brother and family member to all Ortega's in his Arizona based family. It's no wonder that "Ready to Serve" is the absolute meaning behind RTS.
